1950s SCALLOPED SWIVEL CHAIRS FROM OVERMAN SWEDEN
Gorgeous 1950s mid-century swivel chairs from Overman Sweden (price per chair, four available). These chairs were produced by Overman Sweden for the gorgeous Strand Theatre in Newcastle which was unfortunately demolished in 1979. One of the few surviving artefacts from the theatre, these beautiful chairs have been lovingly reupholstered in the original pattern featuring elegant scalloped upholstery in a vintage (new-old-stock) deep chartreuse green velvet.
These beautiful pieces are incredibly unique and work as great office, occasional or dining chairs.
In excellent condition, the alloy and chrome bases feature light patina whilst the chairs present as new having been freshly upholstered.
